In February 2010, Swire Pacific Offshore (SPO) acquired Blue Ocean Ships (Blue Ocean) and renamed the company Swire Blue Ocean.

The first of the company’s innovative and highly efficient vessels for the installation of wind turbines and foundations will deliver in 2012. Swire Blue Ocean is also able to offer customers a wide range of associated consultancy services.
