How to apply

We post our open positions on the website, on LinkedIn as well as Jobindex, so look for job openings on one of these platforms and apply directly through the allocated link.

In case you do not find any suitable openings, you can submit an unsolicited application, so that you are added to the pool of potential employees. We are looking for different qualified profiles, but mostly for engineers, naval architects, and project managers. So, if you’re passionate about wind and can mirror yourself in the Cadeler DNA, we would love to hear from you!

What to submit

The application shall as a minimum contain your resume and remember to include a link to your LinkedIn-profile.  We look for personality and dedication, and we hire for talent as much as qualifications.

Once in our database, we will contact only you if your profile matches one of the future job openings.

To keep in line with the GDPR regulations, we will store your data for six months from the day you have submitted your resume, after which your data will be automatically deleted.
